We deliver across UAE at a fixed cost of 20 AED. And any order above 100 is eligible for free shipping.

Delivery location must be entered at the time of checkout. Or when your registering an account.

Deliveries to GCC eligible countries and  International deliveries will be charged according to the courier service.

Client will get a delivery text when the order is out for delivery and tracked under courier agent platform.

Payment method that is accepted is prepaid only.

iii Return and exchange policy

Any item can be return & exchanged before 5 days of after receiving the shipment. but the customer pays the return fees.

The customer will state the reason for return and the product will not be accepted without the branded box or packaging.

The exchange procedure is free of charge unless the item costs more the the initial one. Then customer care will handle.

iii Refund policy

For all prepaid orders, we do offer a refund on credit/debit card. However, the same is not applicable for cash on delivery orders. If you paid for your order via a credit/debit card, you can return items to us and also request ask for a refund to your credit/debit card.
Just reach out to us, we process your refund or visit the refund page and fill details in the form and you receive your refund within 14 working days
You can choose whether you want your money refunded as store Credit or back to your credit/debit card and you’re done!

For refund to be processed the item will reach back to the warehouse in dubai with the branded packaging.
